Adamas shin guards are ultra-light, with a total weight of 50 grams for full protection. The protection is made of EVA-foam, a low-density material that is really light. When there is an impact, the foam squeezes together, and the foam gets stiff and hard - but just hard enough to handle the impact. That's what we call a smart protection.
