Gamecube USBC Power Supply

Awesome power supply, much better than OEM, and very easy to install. Highly recommended.

This is an incredible modification for your Gamecube and a credit to Robot Retro. It simply, just works. Easy to install and works without any issues. My Gamecube uses a FlippyDrive, and I also added a Noctua silent fan; since I switched to USB-C power, I’ve seen no impact. Its ace knowing that you have a more efficient power source for your Cube and makes it much easier to transport around, whether that’s out and about, or simply bringing it to a larger living room for some local, multiplayer, Gamecube goodness! I use an UGreen Nexode Air 45w with the matching UGreen USB C power cable. I re-shelled my Gamecube using a Bitfunx clear blue shell and when I bought this USB-C module, I selected the Ice Blue cover. As you can see in the pictures, it’s not a perfect match, but I’m fine with it; I’ll rarely see the back and when I do, it’s a close enough match that it doesn’t bother me, personally; perhaps if you have access to 3D printing, you could find a closer match. I’m very happy with this module and will definitely look to upgrade my other retro consoles using modules by Robot Retro.

This worked great and shipped fast. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. But you need a 12v USB-C cord to go with it.
