This is an exciting product, and I have only tried it on a basic recording situation.
I have not been game to further pursue the features due to complexity on understanding how the app actually works and what some of these templates mean and how I can use them to advantage.
No doubt this is a technology interpretation problem for me at this time and I must spend more time studying the features to see if what will work for me.
All I ever wanted was a basic translation of raw text. I did not want any processing or anything else to take place. But I must admit the features are extensive and probably worth learning, but I will need to put time into it like anything with this sort of technology being the age that I am..
Fundamentally it’s a great part and has excellent support from the manufacturer which is very important for that alone.
So yes, I’m very happy with the product🤩

Best choice I made
I bought it as a gift for my husband and he is so happy to use it. It assists him in summarising meetings and responds while driving. Saving a lot of his time by organising and managing routine meetings and trainings.

Awesome bit of kit is now essential part of how I do business
I bought a Plaud Note Pin S as my first foray into AI note-taking. The real benefits of this tech really shines through when you connect your AI to review and analyse your discussions, conversations and meetings recorded on Plaud – then you really level up, considerably!
The Note Pin S is truly excellent but can only record phone conversation on speaker. So after a couple of months I splashed out for the Note Pro to attach magnetically to the back of my iPhone – now phone calls are easy to record. And it's actually really comforting knowing I've got a choice in each device depending on the situation: Note Pin S for one on one discussions and small meetings; Note Pro for larger meetings, conferences, and phone calls.
The transcription is next-level, and overall...these are a game changer on their own, and phenomenal when teamed up together.
