I found my way to the Everlast elite pro shoes and those are phenomenal, good shoe fit. Was upset that they didn’t offer half sizes, and honestly felt more like a sneaker style boot than the box hogs that I really liked. Well, imagine my surprise when the flex are announced.
I’ve only had the opportunity to use these for a few weeks now, but as I expected the fit is comfortable, and the material on these aren’t as stiff as the box hog 4s. Time will tell if the durability is better on the soul closest to the toe. Mostly use the box hogs know that sucker peels back quick, or the heel. Toe box on these aren’t narrow, I liken them to Nike Inflicts.
The stock laces could be a little longer, and no Michelin rubber is upsetting but probably a reason for it. I would recommend going down a half size from your normal sneaker for a snug fit, or true to fit for a relaxed boot. Down to preference. I don’t think blistering will be an issue if you’re a half size above what you’d like.
