Quality in product and service

A couple of months ago I purchased The Stan and a sheath from Silver Fox Tools. Shipping to the US was unusually quick. The product is excellent, both in design and function. I had some questions and needed to correspond with the company. Their reply was quick, and they were very helpful. In fact, i would say their customer service is over the top. You just can’t find any better than Silver Fox Tools. I have purchased more than my share of items over the years, and these folks set the standard in quality, and great care of their customers. Thank you Silver Fox Tools. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great knife, shipping less so.

I ordered the knife & sheath to be delivered to London as I was staying there for about 10 days. The knife never arrived, nor did I receive any tracking number, and eventually had to be resent to another address instead after almost 3 weeks. As for the knife, it’s very well-machined with solid opening & closing actions. The lock up is great, and the sheath, for me, is a must. It makes carrying the knife much easier, either on the belt, or in the pocket. I replaced the blade with a ceramic blade, and it’s razor sharp. Highly recommended, and wish you have a better experience than I did when it comes to shipping.

Neat, stylish and well made.

I am really pleased with the look, finish and mechanism. So far a great everyday knife for those everyday jobs eg Parcels etc. Due to the quality, I am sure it will serve me well for years to come.. Buy well, buy once.
