Stainless Zip Tie Tool

The tool is not what I expected. It is a cheap Chinese item, which is fine if the price is right. This should be $20 at Harbor Freight. This is just priced too high for me. I gave it two stars because the stainless ties look ok. I did not test this tool because I wanted a refund so factor that into your own judgement. The big problem came when I tried to return the item. It's an email only request to an email that doesn't work. I am currently fighting the charges with my credit card company.

my only concern is the wasted strap length due to the distance between the cutter and the gripper - this is over an inch of lost strap! consider a redesign moving the gripper closer to the cutter.

It showed up just in time. I like that it did the job. The only problem was I had to place two wires because I couldn’t get the first one tightened well because of the small space to work with and the wire would slide out at times. Hopefully the next upgrade could be a rechargeable press button tool that grabs the wire smoothly to tighten
