Shipping was slower than expected meaning these didn't arrive in time for a trip abroad. I love the concept and have one attached to my phone and daily bag so this is used a lot, however, I noticed that there's since been an upgrade which actually carries the feature I find missing in this one which is the ability to pull out the phone and not battle with the wire to keep your phone away from you.

The snap back is great, the biggest issue I have had is the fabric that has gone through the loop has failed a couple of times meaning, my tether is untethered .. Hopefully the new upgrade may fix that issue ..

The product is as described But the delivery was the worst…they left it on the front yard near the front gate. I live on a very busy road with cars and pedestrians…but there’s plenty of parking available. I was not happy
