I received 3 Emerald Green Arborvitae. One was a bit "sad" & browning. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they quickly sent me a new, healthy Emerald Green Arborvitae. I am pleased with their product. All is growing well.

These trees arrived in timely manner, well packaged, great instructions on what to do immediately and for planting, extremely healthy and well hydrated. They are beauties, and are thriving in their new environment!

I received my order and the arborvitae was missing a third of its right side. Customer service told me that I should plant it and it will grow back! That wasn’t the answer. I was looking for a supervisor who agreed to send me a replacement. I was shocked that if I hadnt been persistent with the issue of sending me a replacement they actually it will eventually grow back. I didn’t spend five dollar on a plan to have to wait till next year for it to grow back.
