Disastrous logistics and system management
The product arrived at my freight forwarder back on September 7th, but the fulfillment and system management from this store is completely broken.
On September 3rd, I received an automated shipping update with a placeholder text instead of an actual tracking number: "-TrackingAddedtoShopify(customerreceivedanemail)". After I had to manually contact support on September 9th, they finally emailed me a tracking number on the 10th.
However, they never bothered to properly update the order on their website backend, meaning the shipment still doesn't register or track properly in systems like the Shop app. To make matters worse, while the order status is still completely neglected in their system, their automated review request arrives right on schedule.
The logistics, order tracking, and backend management are embarrassingly amateurish.

The idea is great but huge room for improvement

Very Good Product
The Honeycomb Echo is solidly constructed all around. The ergonomics are great. Feels good in the hand. The button and switch clicks and the slider motions are all solid. The carry case is equal in quality.
I find the thumb stick to be too small and to use with fixed wing aircraft compared to a traditional joystick, but it is light on the touch and good for use with rotary wing aircraft.
One thing to watch out for: the controller goes to sleep after 10 minutes of no input. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable this, even in Windows. The problem with this is that when it takes a nap, random aircraft controls will very often change spontaneously. This may be something Honeycomb can fix or it may be an MSFS issue. In any event, for me it makes the controller unusable for long flights on AP where I may be away from the computer for stretches at a time.
I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it for any flightsimmer.
