Extremely disappointing experience. My order took almost three weeks to arrive, despite the advertised 3-5 day delivery timeframe. There were repeated delays and poor communication throughout the process. For a €120 pair of trousers, this level of service is simply not acceptable. I would not order from P&Co again.
