Asked how to return soonas i got the shoes! No response ! Shie runs small . I askrd for a 10 1/2

The shoe is beautiful but it runs small. I have worn a 91/2M for over 35 years with no problems. I sent a text o yesterday after receiving the shoes, asking for a return for a size 10M but have not received a reply. I will send the shoe back for a different size. Who do I next to contact?
