Delivered but not at the time notified. Two different delivery times texted then delivered early. What use is a delivery window period if the item is not delivered in that period? The toothbrush vibrates at much higher speed than expected. It cleans well but will take some time to be accustomed to the high pitch vibration.

We recieved the order on 26 July, order placed on 03 July. Used the product for the first time last night, 27 July. My wife and I were so excited to receive and use the product based on your social media posts. From the first use we are very disappointed. We've been using electric toothbrushes for the past decade and this by far is the least comfortable. The device is loud, the entire device vibrates in the hand, it makes the lips and gums vibrate and is simply unusable. I've initiated a return for the items for a full refund. The return policy you say no refunds if the package is open, but there's no way or trying it without opening the package. Additionally the refund should be triggered 14 days from purchase. Its hard to do that if the product only arrives 23 days after the order is placed. Im sure this is not going to sit well with the Australian consumer affairs group

Takes awhile to get used to the pulsing feel but seems to clean teeth pretty well
