Pearl Cross Necklace

Item never arrived, and getting a refund was an absolute nightmare. I contacted Lainly, and they told me I needed to reach out to USPS to confirm the item was not delivered because they supposedly had confirmation that it was delivered AND that I signed for it. I most definitely did not! To make matters worse, I was never given a tracking number. After asking multiple times, they finally provided one, only for USPS to confirm that it belonged to a completely different item shipped to a completely different address. So, essentially, it wasn't even my tracking number! Despite all of this, Lainly refused to issue a refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank just to get my money back. Seriously, no little cross necklace is worth this much hassle. Save yourself the headache and find something similar on Amazon. You'll thank me later! Photo attached of the item I received! lol

I never received this product nor have I received any product I’ve ordered through shop, but, you keep taking money from my account. Every product I’ve ordered in last 6 months has never arrived. I could never find who to contact regarding this. I am totally not happy with SHOP and do not want you taking over my orders.

This necklace is very low quality. after wearing it once, it tarnished and the pearls lost its luster and you see plastic balls that were covered as pearls. for what I paid it should have lasted more than a day to tarnish..
