Worst company and customer service I have ever worked with. It's clearly a front for a chinese company, despite presenting as an american one. my product didn't deliver on time, it was EXTREMELY hard to cancel my subscription after it was clear the product wouldn't reliably get to me. I tried to reach out to customer service and all I received were AI generated responses that were inconsistent and unhelpful. Everything from ordering, receiving, canceling, and talking through return process was awful. I will be spending at least 30 minutes each day writing a review online for how bad your company and product are given my experience.

Due to a shipping delay, we received our product 2-3 weeks after ordering so we have only been on the Saphire gummies for almost 2 weeks. Nothing noticeable yet but most reviews said 618 weeks before you notice anything so we are staying the course.

The advertising promised a product free of St. John’s Wort. What we received contained that and we have not had a positive solution offered from the company as of yet.
