I do love my new earrings but I put them on for the second time today. One of the stones is loose ... in fact so loose that you can hear it rattle in the setting ... in fact that is how I discovered it was loose. I don't want to try and tighten it myself ... I would be afraid of chipping the gold finish. Any suggestions?
