GentGolfers™ Personalized Golf Glove

I received my gloves and really wasn’t crazy about the quality of the gloves and they ran very large. I wear a large in every other glove that I wear, but this glove way larger than a normal large. However, I did contact the company and even though they had a no return policy, they were generous enough to send me new gloves in a medium. It’s been taking quite a bit of time to get them, but I do appreciate the effort on the company’s part! That’s why I’m rating them a 4

Did not realize I was signed up for a monthly purchase program at a cost of $78 a month. Original order was size medium but fingers are too long by an inch. I figured not worth the trouble for a replacement or refund. Now apparently another order is in transit but information tells me color is white and size small... which I did not order.

Gloves had poor workmanship (holes in gloves and bad stitching). I ordered large and got XXL. Gentgolfers refused to give full refund offered 30%. They advertised buy 3gloves get 3 free, I bought 3 they again refused to give the additional gloves however they said because I ordered 3 I now had a subscription for 3 gloves per month as a result of buy 3 get three free. I sent them more than 5 emails canceling the subscription gloves came anyway with a charge of 117$ all extra extra large with holes and again poor stitching. Their customer service department continually said a team would meet and get back to me and they understood my frustration. The worst customer service department on the planet. American Express cancelled all charges. This was a nightmare experience caused by a poorly run company and a very poor product.
