Pre assembled. Just put it on and click it in to lock. Long strap to secure to the tree. Highly recommended.

Great safety harness
Light, compact, quiet and strong. Easy to use and safer hunting. Great product. I wish the strap was about 2 feet longer but I added an extension. Still highly recommend it.
