I have been taking these for a while now and I definitely feel a difference in my tummy. They are easy to take and really work for me.

I started with Meno Gut, then stopped as it was expensive. By the end of the next month, I had re-started on the product. It’s great at reducing bloating!

Took the Meno Gut alongside the menopause wellness mix. This was a free gift/bonus on ordering so I had no knowledge of the product- it is essentially a pro and pre biotic. Can't say I noticed a huge difference in my gut health. I do already take a similar supplement and it is cheaper with greatly similar ingredients so have not purchased further Meno Gut supply.
