Best Sound Ever

Having spent hours researching the best ear buds I plumped for Hears. What a result! Having worn them for my last two gigs, I can honestly say the sound is absolutely sensational! The fit is brilliant, they are comfy and easy to use. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I like the product but the Hears return process is awful. I had to await a return for an exchange to be approved, which I had to chase up. I was then asked to take photos of the product, which is part of their return request requirements (I have never been asked this for a return to other companies) Two weeks on, I finally got my exchange earplugs. As the time of writing I’m writing a refund for an item I returned (another chase email) and a refund of the return postage cost. Great product. Antiquated return and exchange processes.

Earplugs

Just love them. Have been able to sleep in my own bed since owning them instead of the spare room due to the noise of my partner’s snoring. Have tried heaps of others but these are the best👍👏
