Eloise Birthstone Ring

Such amazing quality, I don’t buy jewelry online but I took a chance and honestly I don’t regret it. Ordering was super easy and shipping was fast considering everything custom made.

I ordered this ring for a wedding gift. It took a month to arrive. And when it arrived, I opened the box just for the stones to fall out of the ring. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful. I sent pictures and all of the ring, but then they told me they needed a video in order for me to get a full refund. If I wanna get my ring remade, I have to resend this one back and once they receive it then they can send me a new one, but then it’ll also take another 2 to 3 weeks to make. I won’t recommend getting their custom jewelry because it’s a hassle to get a replacement if it comes damaged.

It was the wrong size for me so I ordered another one because when I got it, it was so pretty I knew I couldn’t give up! I recommend sizing up in the Eloise ring because of the thickness. So excited for my new one in the mail!!!
