Aura Birthstone Ring

I really loved the ring in the beginning, it looked very good and the hand. The shining was incredible. Unfortunately after some time of use the claws became sharp and got stuck easily on clothings or materials that were knitted. In addition the stone became loose it its position so it kinda moves around. Is there any way of fixing that? I’d love to hear back from you. Greetings Jenny

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for four rings from Indigo Lune. After a long wait, the parcel finally arrived in Spain, and I had to pay approximately €80 in customs charges on top of the cost of my order. Customs had already informed me that the parcel appeared to contain four empty boxes. When I finally received it, that is exactly what I found: four Indigo Lune boxes and not a single ring inside. I have photos and the customs documentation to prove it. I have contacted Indigo Lune requesting either a replacement of all four rings at no additional cost, including customs charges, or a full refund plus reimbursement of the €80 I paid. I will update this review depending on their response.

Love the item. Just dislike the fact that i couldn’t retuned the item for a differnt size. But overall i love it.
