Ceylon Cinnamon 7200mg Equivalent with MCT Oil

Not impressed cost was high for a package that only had 30 pills smaller than an aspirin and most where crushed so now that it is open I can’t even return! Very disappointed and won’t order again!

So far see nothing changing. Still using for the long haul to give it a fair test.

Product wasn’t sealed and 85% of the pills were laying in the bottom of the envelope didn’t feel like it was safe to consume
