I received my package damaged due to the shipping company. I contacted Parallel X customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement. I love s company with A1 customer service and they did that. The material is very soft and look great. Its very roomy on the inside woth pockets and an extra snap to keep it together closed. Great over the shoulder length. In person i can tell this will be one of my top 3 purses to carry.
