The books themselves are beautiful, minor dents and dings on corners as there is minimal packaging in the box. However, I had to reach out to Kings Hollow to get an update about this order and my never shipped ZA6 book. Customer service informed there were shipping issues and that they should ship soon. Imagine my surprise getting my order in the mail today with no update to my tracking or any notice they were shipped. While I’m grateful they’re here, even damaged, the lack of communication and updating tracking is frustrating and unprofessional.
