Helios Red Light Toothbrush

I have attempted many times to get information about my order on 9/2/26. I have not received my order nor have I had any response from my questions. I have used the email and the messaging on the website. Truly very poor service customer service.

Been trying to connect with the company because the brushes are not working as described. Only one brush shows redlight and the ither blue light. Also, the order didnt include the number of brushes listed on the description.

I love that its travel sized with no bulky chargers etc!
