The item was delivered, but unfortunately I’m disappointed with the quality. The wood feels very lightweight and not very sturdy or durable. For a product costing $52, I expected something stronger and better made.

Now that I have this boot jack, I’m no longer begging my kids to help me take my boots off! The rubber heel grip is super helpful for ensuring your boot doesn’t slide. I am very pleased with this purchase.
