Brooklyn Summer Shoulder Bag

This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Do not buy this bag. The quality is extremely poor, and the lettering is cheap-looking plastic. I requested a refund the very next day after I received it on August 3rd. Had to send them 4 emails and threaten to file a dispute for the purchase. I did not hear back from the company until September 2nd. Now they expect me to jump through hoops by providing photos, shipping labels, and additional information just to receive a refund for an item that is clearly unacceptable. I strongly advise other consumers to think twice before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, I will never purchase from them again and do not recommend giving them your business.

Inferior straw material. Once’s snagged in anything will be the end of that. Wasted my money. I will write this one up to never again.
