The all-rounder
New to PB for 2026. In-turned eye, curved shank, beaked point. Circle hook geometry, taken as far as it goes in carp fishing.
Everything about it is built around one idea. Every time pressure goes on the eye, the shape drives the point further home. It does not lever, it does not work loose, it does not back out.

Fishing an heavily weeded venue, a take at 2am, weeded multiple times eventually having to leave the rod on the rests, 2hrs later it’s ripped off again eventually landing this 35lber.
The the control mono gave me complete confidence in the line and the hook didn’t let me down

I was excited about the Suro Doi circles and curved circles, being an existing user of the the PB products circle hooks in the green packets, which I was disappointed to learn are now discontinued. The green packet circles are unique and impressively sharpout of the packet. The Suru Dois have a shorter point and therefore thicker point, and aren't packet-sharp, which really surprised me. I've not made up my mind whether to return them or to see how well they sharpen up by hand because ultimately I love the uber short shank shape.

Game changer, after loosing fish and having been done a couple of times on my previous hooks used in a size, this time round 0 hook drops and first time using a d landed a nice 32lb'er. Happy days, actually got some what of confidence back now. 👍
