Treat & Shape Duo

I previously used Gisou’s shampoo and conditioner and was happy with them, which is why I decided to try some of their other hair products. Unfortunately, after using these products for the first time, I realised they were not suitable for my hair type at all. I contacted customer service immediately and explained the situation, but they refused to accept my return. Instead, they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase. Honestly, what is the point of a discount on another purchase when I am already unhappy with the products I bought? I wanted to return products that do not work for my hair. As a result, I ended up paying around €68 for products I cannot use. I am particularly disappointed because I contacted them promptly and tried to resolve the issue within the return period. My previous experience with Gisou was positive. Unfortunately, this experience changed my opinion. I would not recommend them and I won’t be purchasing from Gisou again.
