They actually taste good

So i've tried a few of this type of product but they are usually fairly inedible. However, HIRO flavours are not harsh and really refreshing. I notice a difference when taking these each day and really encourages me to stay properly hydrated.

Perfect - totally does what it claims to do!

These are excellent for hydration and restoring lost electrolytes - I regularly take them 30 mins before a long workout and sometimes afterwards if I have sweated excessively. I really have noticed a difference in my performance and recovery!

Prompt delivery of delicious effective hydration

This was a re-order of my initial subscription, which I'd cancelled (hadn't figured out how to pace the subscription yet). The ginger&lemongrass hydration tablets are so pleasant to taste, I enjoy sipping the liquid throughout the day, and always feel better if I remember to take it rather than (as occasionally happens) forget to. So glad to have discovered HIRO, I really rely on them now and happy to.
