11" Carbon Nonstick™ Square Griddle

Wish I would have had this years ago

This thing is simply brilliant! I've used it for a variety of foods and every thing is just so easy with this pan. The sides aren't very deep, but they're deep enough...burgers for a family of four never had me worry about overflow. The non-stick aspect works better than I thought it would. After a batch of bacon, and residual came up easily after pouring off the grease and adding a just enough warm water to cover, a little Dawn and letting thing sit for a few minutes. Normal washing removed all the cruft and left the pan looking like new. Highly recommended, No negatives to report.

Outstanding purchase

I recently purchased the 11' Carbon griddle. While my usage has been fairly limited so far, it has performed beyond my expectations. Ease of use and cleanup are outstanding and all items cooked on the griddle have come out perfectly. The ability to use metal spatulas is most assuredly a plus. I highly recommend this pan.

Love it

I traded my old non-stick flat griddle for this one, and am thrilled. Solid construction, I feel confident using it as roughly as I could not with the non-stick one. Washes easily. As with all carbon steel, the seasoning has to build before its truly slick, but I'm confident it's coming along
