Failed delivery to Bulgaria

I paid a delivery to Bulgaria. Unfortunately, i didn't receive the parcel, it was returned to the seller. Somebody did not do their job properly. Now they refuse to pay me back. They are holding my money for their own mistakes. Disappointed- you prder, you pay, you receive nothing, and they play around not to refund the spent money. I do not recommend this shop.
