Jakkies NAD+ Support Chews

I’ve been trying to communicate with someone, but I have no luck at all. I receive a package. I want to return it exactly the way I received it due to the fact that my vet said not to give it to my cats. I have purchased things through Shop and this is the fourth company that for some reason I never receive my order or I need to get an address to return one of the orders like this one and nobody contacts me. Nobody calls me. Nobody sends me an email it’s ridiculous. Why do they even put refund policy? It doesn’t make any sense.

I ordered shoes for my cat and they were supposed to be heart shoes. I received choose that were dog bones so they are evidently for dogs. They’re hard and my cats cannot chew them. I have written to the company and I have not gotten no response and I paid $50 for both bottles.

The chews were completely dried out when the container was opened and none of my 5 cats would eat them. I have contacted the seller twice to request a refund and they have never responded. Very poor customer service.
