Returning immediately. If this is the “Pro+” and you are adhd or have trouble getting out of bed, do not recommend this nor the standard model. Very weak. Feels cheap. Apple Watch is 10x better and even a vibrating Timex. Don’t get worn down into buting by the incessant targeted ads.

Ordered it for my son as he’s such a heavy sleeper and it seems to be doing the trick, I have the standard one and he tried it and loved it and wanted the pro for the extra vibration
