Rolling Grill Basket

Love the basket however we found that the lid for was too loose and food really fell out with turning. We had to be very careful to hold it upright at all times. That's the only issue ... loved the concept and will use it often. It will take some experimentation re how much food to pop inside, size of veggies etc and at what stage to place on the grill

The rolling grill basket is a great concept, but the quality of the product l received out of the box was disappointing. Here is my honest feedback. The wooden handles are poorly manufactured - fit and level of finish leave a lot to be desired. The metal bezel around the threaded rod on both handles has worked loose after one use and will likely fall off. The threaded rod has not been centred into the wooden handle accurately so rolling of the grill basket is uneven. I bought two grill baskets and the wooden handles are of different length by a centimetre. The caps on the end of the grill baskets fall off far too easily allowing the food contents to spill out. Even gently shaking the grill basket to distribute the food while cooking causes the lid to fall off. Retrieving the food which spills out and placing it back into the basket is an inconvenience to say the least. Furthermore refitting the burning hot cap is an extremely dangerous and difficult activity. In summary, the rolling grill basket is a great idea, but the execution is poor - resulting in an unsatisfactory and potentially dangerous user experience. The issues l’ve described above should have been resolved in testing and development before releasing the product for purchase. Don’t be surprised if you receive correspondence from a litigious user. I will continue to use mine and fix the deficiencies. Packaging them up and returning them to you and waiting for a refund is not worth the effort.

Arrived in a good amount of time put the Grill Basket through the dishwasher already. Seemed to feel a very light gauge stainless steel wire mesh don’t really know how it will handle the repeated grilling on the bbq? the steel’s molecular structure changes within the steel once heated and then re-heated? I’m a bit concerned that it may fall apart from rusting out?
