Stoked on Flatwound strings

I was reading an article about the benefits of flatwound bass strings and thought I’d look into it further. Chatted online with the team at Bass Centre to get some advice on how they might work with my guitar and amp set up. They were very helpful. Not pushy. So, I decide to give them a go. There many differences in overall, sound and tone, and especially feel as they are so much smoother than roundwounds. I’d say I’m a fan of the facts now, but am still working on getting my sound out of them. A couple more tweaks and EQing and we’ll be there. I totally rate the Bass Centre. Cheers!
