Taeko Ohnuki’s Mignonne brought her songwriting into a richly arranged setting of pop, soul and jazz in 1978. Her third solo album followed Sun Shower, with arrangements by Ryuichi Sakamoto and Juzo Seo and performances from Haruomi Hosono, Shigeru Suzuki and Yukihiro Takahashi.
