Broken Cookies and Chocolate Melted
I know you try your best during warm weather to prevent chocolate dipped cookies from melting, but the ice pack was completed thawed out. Cookies were cracked and the chocolate had melted all over the inside of the package.
I do love your cookies and have sent them to several friends, but I don't think I'll order during the warm months of the year.

Yummy crunchiness
