Arrived broken, customer service did not resolve

Mattress foundation arrived torn. Sent photo of broken piece to customer service, they said they’d send another. Then they didn’t. Through many, many calls to customer service, we informed them that we needed the piece to arrive before we left for vacation. So there wasn’t a giant box outside our house announcing that we were out of town. So, they said they’d figure out what happened at the warehouse and expedite getting us our replacement piece. A large box with a piece of a mattress foundation arrived in the mail. Then, while we were out of town, a second large box with another piece arrived. We weren’t expecting this, so this big box announced that our house was unoccupied. Exactly the problem we needed to avoid. Also - both boxes contained the WRONG piece. We gave up and set up our mattress foundation with the broken piece. We will tell everyone never to purchase from Leesa. Purchasing from Leesa was the most chaotic part of our move into this house and involved weeks of unsuccessful calls to customer service.

I paid for In-Home Setup & Removal and I don’t think it was set up correctly - see photos. What do you think? Under warranty, I’ve ordered a replacement mattress. When that arrives for In-Home Setup, I will ask that the foundation be examined. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It's holding the mattress in place and not sliding so it's fine.
