Apart frrom the chopped chilli which had little flour at all the others were excellent especially the berbera and peppercorns

Used this to make recipe 'Tamarind Beef' which slow cooks. When I first opened the jar, I thought it was quite liquid - but worked fine, good strength & tasted excellent. My favourite jar of paste from Barts is their Green Thai paste. I'll be taking 3 jars of that out to my daughter in New Zealand, next month
