LED SNOWBOARD SYSTEM

Can’t wait for the season! Looks dope!

Hey there, We bought the LED snowboard lights. We used it once, and the adhesive failed. In fact, because the adhesive began to fail during a snowboarding session, it caused my daughter to crash as the lights got caught under her snowboard. It was installed per the instructions given, and I ensured that it was done correctly, cleaning the surface before application. I love supporting small businesses, but this is a critical issue with the product, and it's not fit for purpose. Additionally, because of the nature of the failure of the product, this will be dangerous to customers. I would like to find a resolution to this, because we had to remove the lights from the snowboard. If you would like me to send them back for inspection, I am happy to do so.
