Ready-to-install replacement sliding panel for ADOR1 doors dating back to 2012. Includes the upper and lower limit magnets used by the electronic board to stop the door at the correct positions.

On my 3rd replacement door in 4 years. Last about 1 year per door. the automatic door tracks are clean, no obstructions have ever been an issue. The motor keeps running when pushing the door down at least 3-4 'clicks' before actually stopping. This causes the door track to get ground down and eventually through. After it is ground through, the door will no longer open. The magnet has never fallen off any of the doors.
