The only question I have is regarding the spinners. I don't recall getting any instructions 2 yrs ago when I first purchased the pole and spinners. However, when I attached the flag to the new flag pole and spinners I realized that I only had one screw to stabilize one of the spinners. I don't recall if I ever had 2 screws and should I have secured both spinners? I am looking for a similar screw to attach the lower spinner. I only noticed this recently since it has been very windy here and the flag makes a banging sound as the wind picks up strength.

My flag pole had a problem, and the good people at allegiance took care of it and made things right. Great service, great Patriots, good to know them. They genuinely care about their product and their customers.

Terrific flag pole. The 6' length put it away from the house to avoid tangling on the roof, it's been perfect so far. Another great product from Allegiance.
