Modified otter tail / Ray special

I now have a modified otter tail as well as the Ray special that I had previously purchased from Fishell paddles. I’ve very much enjoyed having the otter t; using it as my “power paddle” when needed. (Wind, current) I admit that the Ray special is my favorite, the balance and finesse that I can express with it improve my strokes. Alternating between the two gives me what I need for anything encountered while out on the lake. While using these tools I’m always aware of the craftsmanship in the feel and function, as well as the visual gratification. These are beautiful paddles!
