Follicle & Strand Moisturizer

excellent products, I have been ordering her products for over a year, they keep my hair moisturized and strong. my hair is growing and I have been able to retain the length that I'm growing. 10 out of 10

Maybe I’m not using the pre-pool correctly because it says to apply generously to scalp and strands and let sit for 45 minutes because washing with the Protein Potion but the Protein Potion has to be used and let sit as well. Which one to apply first? The protein potion is not a shampoo so how can you wash it with the prepoo oil? The oil also doesn’t have a pleasant smell. Neither does the protein potion. The follicle and strand moisturizer is okay but the next day my hair was not moisturized.

Receive my package in a fairly timing manner however, at the time when I purchased my two moisturizer, it stated that if you bought two moisturizer, you would receive a free detangler comb brush, but I did not
