Superb! And I count on this for a subset of my recipes. It is literally the best salt product that I know of. And since my favorite local grocery store (which stocked Redmond) went under, I am so happy that I can go direct and get the good stuff sent to me. And I count on the fine sea salt when going to restaurants here in NYC, many of whom no longer put salt on the table, I always have my discreet 0. 21oz Redmond snap-top at the ready. )

Been buying this through Amazon, but recently have chosen to reduce support. I like that it is mined from natural sources and includes minerals. I like the size of the grain. I use the fine salt in my baking. I had sticker shock at first, but now it seems reasonable.

I love Redmond Salt! I am using the coarse to make Basil Salt from fresh Basil leaves. I have been purchasing the fine for the table for several years.
