Excellent but doesn’t fit for half sized feet

Excellent rain boots but the sizing was off for me. I’m a half size. Size 7 felt big and size 6 too small. The website says to size down but size 6 was uncomfortable in toe box whereas size 7 was not but requires thick sock to fit and not slip off. Sad - I wish they fit because they are so good!

I want my money back

I narrowly missed the return window last year when I bought these and didn’t realize how bulky they were until it was too late. Finally decided to wear them for the first time, brought them to work to put on for my walk home in the rain. Maybe 10 minutes in, the built in insole part started to shift back in the way that sometimes happens after you’ve owned shoes for years. It gave me a blister on the my big toe and the ball of my foot. I work in healthcare, so you can imagine this was pretty upsetting after a long day on my feet, 10 minutes into changing into these expensive boots. I’ll be looking for other places to post this online as well because when I bought these all I saw were 5 star reviews and I’m now convinced this company is just posting their own positive reviews. I’m so upset about how much money I wasted on these.
