Great quality but a little big

I love the quality and how comfy they are to wear most of the time. But even with both inserts and the arch booster, my heel slides up and down as I walk. Not so large that I’d be able to size down though. Ended up getting two other pairs of shoes and they were perfect fits, so it seems to just be this design.

I love the shoes. The fact that I can order the right size and width is wonderful. I would have given a better star rating but unfortunately the shoes are already falling apart. I bought them in July, so that is only 2 months of use for shoes I paid $99.99. Very disappointing.

Comfortable fit and true to size. Wish strap on the side was a bit longer at the end as I need extra room at the top and the strap doesn’t cover all the Velcro. But I like the shoe very much. Thank you.
