Stylish jacket

I made the jacket without a lining, I rather used commercial bias binding, which i stitched to the inside. I used a feature button. It looks great with a shift dress and the hat. I will use it many more times in the same way.

Adorable, but definiately not for a novice sewist.

It took me two good tries and two days to finally understand how the lining is installed. It's rather more complicated than I think it needs be. Having said that, once it is together (a few pulled out hairs in the process) I love the jacket. It's so cute that I'm already in the process of making another one for a different dress. Love the looks of this brand, but perhaps better, more conscise directions would have helped. I can see myself getting more use out of the pattern..
