Poor print quality. They blamed our file but it’s the same file as previous
Not impressed. We got printed 1 group of flyers and then when we ordered more, only adding some images, the flyers came with incorrect colouring (dull colours instead of bright) and the company blamed our files even though it was the exact same file but with a couple of small images added. There were also fine “dots” visible. They wouldn’t do anything about it so we got the same flyers reprinted at officeworks and they came out perfect and in fact, 10 x better quality. Will not be using this company again
